Disha Parmar reacts to Pregnancy Rumours

Disha Parmar took to her Instagram Story on February 18, 2022, and shared a note refuting speculations that she is pregnant.

Rumours started doing the rounds when Disha was clicked exiting a Mumbai restaurant with her husband Rahul Vaidya after a dinner date.

After the photos emerged online, netizens were quick to point out Disha’s weight gain.

They also wondered if she is pregnant.

For the outing, the Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 actress was dressed in an oversized bright orange shirt that she paired with skinny blue jeans and black sandals.

Her hair was pulled back in a sleek bun and she had completed her look with subtle makeup.

After the pictures emerged on the internet, fans started speculating about Disha being pregnant with her first child.

One user wrote: “She is glowing. Is she pregnant?”

Another added: “Baby Dishul coming soon?”

Disha refuted the rumours on her Instagram Story and wrote: “Never wearing an oversized shirt ever again!

“Also for the ones calling and wanting to know… not pregnant.”

Disha Parmar tied the knot with Rahul Vaidya on July 16, 2022, soon after his stint on Bigg Boss 14.

Disha’s clarification comes just days after she and Rahul discussed their plans of starting a family.

In a recent interview, the duo was asked if they are planning to start a family and welcome a baby when Rahul said he is very eager for it to happen:

“I do want it tomorrow. I have been saying it since the first day.”

To this, Disha pointed out that it’s only been seven to eight months since their wedding and waiting a bit longer would be the right thing to do.

Rahul then clarified: “But on a serious note, it is her call.

“Whenever she is okay and ready.”

“I think it’s a big challenge for a woman because her life completely changes, right?

“So I would want to give her complete freedom and the right to choose when she wants it.”

Earlier, when speaking about what made him fall in love with Disha Parmar, Rahul Vaidya had said:

“She being so patient, understanding and there are a lot of things.

“She is also a very simple person, just like me, and that makes it beautiful between us.”
