Deepika Padukone is allegedly set to star alongside Hrithik Roshan in the upcoming film of Bollywood’s much-loved superhero film franchise Krrish, in the fourth instalment Krrish 4 (2020).
In December 2019, the duo delighted fans on social media with their friendship. In a video shared on Instagram, like everyone else, it appears Deepika could not resist falling for Hrithik
The pair met at Rohini Iyer’s house party and it appeared Hrithik charmed Deepika while he fed her chocolate cake.
Deepika was certainly relishing at the moment as she could not take her eyes of Bollywood’s hunk.
Upon seeing the video, fans demanded that Deepika and Hrithik should star in a film together.
One fan said: “Bollywood you can’t sleep over this magical Jodi” while another stated: “Any producer, director seeing this … do something guys.”

Previously, several reports were stating that Hrithik will be essaying the role of Lord Krishna while Deepika will play Draupadi in Mahabharat (2020).
However, Deepika Padukone clarified these speculations as being false while revealing she would like to work with the actor in the future.
During interviews for her film Chhapaak (2020), the actress was questioned whether filmmakers had approached the pair for a film. Deepika said:
“I mean not yet, but I’m hoping some writer or director somewhere has seen that and is thinking of some sort of script with the two of us.
“We both hope, in fact, the same night (when the video was made) we were talking and we both look forward to working with each other.
“So yes, let’s hope for something amazing will happen for us.”
Though, it appears the wait is finally over. According to a recent report in Bollywood Hungama, Deepika is most likely to star opposite Hrithik in Krrish 4 (2020).
The source said: “It is almost certain that Priyanka Chopra Jonas who played the female lead with Hrithik Roshan in the previous Krrish films won’t be back in the fourth segment.
“Hrithik and his father Rakesh Roshan are keen to rope Deepika Padukone in. But the role would have to justify her presence. Only then would she agree to get into the franchise.”
Despite this, there has been no official confirmation regarding the news. Even still, this news has got fans excited to see the duo together on the big screen.
