When is Sreejita De getting Married?

Sreejita De is set to take her relationship with her fiance Michael Blohm-Pape to the next level as.

The Bigg Boss 16 star has revealed that she will have two wedding ceremonies to honour their German and Indian cultures.

Sreejita revealed that she will get married to Michael on July 1, 2023, in Germany.

A traditional Indian wedding will take place towards the end of 2023, either in October or November.

Sreejita said: “It is not going to be a fusion wedding.

“The first one will be a proper traditional German wedding.

“Then we will have an Indian way, Bengali wedding, which will be in India; maybe in Goa or Kolkata. That’s yet to be decided. The German wedding is in Germany.”

Michael proposed to Sreejita in front of the Eiffel Tower in January 2022.

Speaking about the moment, Sreejita previously said:

“It was like a dream. I’ve only seen this in films. I never expected it to happen to me. I don’t think anything can describe that beautiful moment.

“It was in the evening, at around 7:30 pm. We were walking, and it was cold. He suddenly stopped and started telling me how much he loved me.

“The next moment, I realised he was on his knees. I was so shocked that I started crying. I couldn’t stop my tears.”

Sreejita De admitted that she was so overwhelmed that she “asked him if he could do it again”.

Sreejita and Michael met in January 2019 and celebrated their first Valentine’s Day a month later.

She recalled: “I remember we had decided no gifts for each other, but I eventually got him a cap, which to date he has never worn.”

Michael added: “I still have it with me though.”

Sreejita continued: “We went out for dinner in Bandra, and I remember he told his sister about me on the same day.

“There was a picture of me kissing his hands and that was the first picture of him that was posted on my Instagram.”

Speaking about each other, Sreejita stated that Michael has brought stability into her life while the latter said she gave him a more optimistic approach to life.

Michael added: “I have always been realistic, but she got me into spirituality, energy and optimism.”
