A video of a pregnant YouTuber dancing at her baby shower has gone viral.

Krishna Madhuri, from Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh, India regularly shares aspects of her life online as a content creator.

However, a video she posted on Instagram of herself dancing while decked up for the special occasion has become her most popular.

Tagging those who helped her achieve her glowing look, the clip has been seen by almost nine million times on the platform.

The YouTuber, known as the Voice of Vasapitta, added the caption:

“Finally did this trend on my special day.

“It’s absolutely allowed to dance in the last weeks of pregnancy.

“It gives joy and pleasure to both mom and baby.”

Anticipating any negative comments on her post, Madhuri also added a disclaimer which read:

“I don’t have any medical complications and comfortable in dancing.

“Each pregnancy is different and consult your doctor before doing any kind of exercises.”

She is seen dancing along to the Sinhalese song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ by Chamath Sangeeth, Yohani and Satheeshan.

Originally released by Chamath Sangeeth in 2020, an official cover by Yohani and Satheeshan was released on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

It quickly became an internet sensation.

The song was also released in various Indian languages, including Bhojpuri, by a variety of different artists.

Netizens were also fans of the YouTuber’s video.

One Instagram user said: “This is so cute! Congratulations!”

One person wrote: “Super active still.”

Another person added: “Enjoying your pregnancy I see!”

Krishna Madhuri initially began creating content on TikTok, however, the Indian government soon banned the app.

This had t0 do with national security concerns over the Chinese owned app, although it was later reinstated.

However, Madhuri turned to other platforms, particularly Instagram, where she has amassed over 100,000 followers.

Encouraged by her husband, she more recently set up her own YouTube channel where she has accumulated over 200,000 subscribers.

Her dancing video comes after another pregnant woman went viral for dancing while in labour with two nurses in July 2021.

A TikTok video posted by Carmen Cida Bautista, from Manila in the Philippines, said that she had been dilating at 7cm at the time.

However, the mother-to-be does her best to join in with the dancing, which the hospital often encourages women in labour to do.
