Meanwhile, Karishma Vijay has made a lasting impression on viewers during her participation in The Apprentice.
She has been noted for her determination, her acumen, and her no-nonsense attitude.
Alongside Pascha, she was revealed as one of the Grand Finalists of the 2026 series on April 9, 2026.
This episode saw Karishma impress in her interviews, bringing interviewer Claudine Collins to tears.
With a strong social media following, Karishma is looking to scale up her skincare business, Kishkin.
Pascha and Karishma signify the presence of two Indian women in the final of The Apprentice.
When asked why she deserves Lord Alan Sugar’s £250,000 investment, Karishma replied:
“I deserve Lord Sugar’s investment as I am a risk taker, like him.
“He invested a substantial amount of money into his first beauty venture, and so have I with Kishkin.
“We both came from nothing and started from scratch.”
“I have been supporting my whole family financially since I started earning, and my life’s dream is to build my dad a home.
“Kishkin is not just a business idea; this could change my family’s future.
“I don’t come from money, and where I come from, girls don’t even step into the realm of business.
“This isn’t just for me. I’m trying to build a legacy.”
The Apprentice concludes on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9 pm.
