Karishma Vijay admits ‘She’s Not Doing Well’ as she reveals Struggles

The Apprentice 2026 winner Karishma Vijay opened up about body insecurities and her mental health as she admitted she’s “not doing well”.

Karishma, who runs skincare brand Kishkin, shared her reflections in a compilation video on Instagram.

In the video, she said: “Hi, I’m Kish. And in the last year my life has done a complete 180.

“I’ve moved house, started a business, went on The Apprentice, won The Apprentice, got engaged and now I’m planning a wedding alongside Kishkin’s world domination.

“My life flickers between filming content, packing boxes, planning marketing campaigns, doing podcasts, interviews and even winning awards.

“Life may look great on social media but the God honest truth is that I’m not doing very well.”

The video featured clips of Karishma in tears as she opened up about the toll her lifestyle has taken on her health and wellbeing.

Karishma continued: “Whilst my career may be on an upwards trajectory, I’ve completely neglected me, my mental health and my physical health.

“I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been.

“My body is my biggest insecurity but not because of my curves or because of the number on a scale. But because I’m in my 20s and I’m always exhausted.

“I was showing up for myself for the first time ever [in the past], and now I’m back at square one.”

Karishma said she is now planning to refocus on her wellbeing, even if she is uncertain about the challenge ahead.

She added: “With everything going on in my life I’m just not sure I can do this all over again.

“This body is all I’ve ever known so I’m kind of doing this for future me, so it’s back to the gym, back to training with Keisha, back to eating intentionally but to be really honest, I’m giving this one last shot.

“So I guess, let’s see what happens.”

Her openness has drawn widespread support from followers, with many praising her honesty and vulnerability in the comments.

Karishma won The Apprentice after impressing Lord Sugar with her strong performances and consistency throughout the series.

The day before the final aired, she announced her engagement.
