Singer-songwriter Taher Shah is celebrated for his chart-topping hits like ‘Angel’ and ‘Eye to Eye’.
He has been creating a buzz with hints of a comeback over the past year.
Fans were anticipating another entertaining song, but Taher has pleasantly surprised them by announcing that a music video will arrive before his Hollywood debut film.
In June 2023, he announced his first Hollywood movie titled Eye to Eye.
It is centred around a mesmerising narrative of everlasting love.
It assures audiences of an unparalleled and extraordinary movie-watching experience.
He wrote on X at the time: “I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter of my career with Eye to Eye.
“This project holds a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to share it with the world.”
Embracing various roles in the production, such as scriptwriter, dialogue writer and lead actor, Taher Shah explained his vision for the film.
“Through Eye to Eye, I aim to showcase my creativity and originality on an international platform.
“It’s a project that represents a new era in my journey, and I am excited to bring something truly extraordinary to the screen.”
Eye to Eye Ltd will produce the film, unveiling a varied cast with artists hailing from Canada, the United States and the UAE.
Taher Shah underscores the crucial role of collaboration in making this project a reality.
“I wanted to collaborate with talented individuals from different backgrounds to create a truly multicultural experience.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with established artists and introduce new faces to the industry.”
On February 14, 2024, his team took to X and revealed that a music video would be released before the film.
“On the occasion of this lovely Valentine’s Day, we would like to inform Taher Shah’s admirers that he will fulfil their demand about the release of the new music video.
“Therefore, before the release of his upcoming Eye to Eye Hollywood movie, we will release his music video and the poetries projects on his official YouTube channel.”
Fans were taken aback and incredulous by the unexpected announcement. Nevertheless, there’s widespread support and eager anticipation for Taher Shah’s return.
