Shehnaaz Gill met one of her fans in Dubai. The woman was so happy to meet her idol that she burst into tears.
The actress has been spending some time in Dubai for the FilmFare Achievers Night 2022 and she was seen looking gorgeous in a green jumpsuit.
The strapless outfit featured a cape-like addition with a slit on the side. A sleek bun, minimal accessories and soft glam makeup completed Shehnaaz’s look.
Shehnaaz enjoyed an occasion with a dedicated fan, who travelled from the United States to meet the actress.
In a viral video, the fan named Ritu is heard repeatedly saying “Shehnaaz” upon seeing the actress.
She approaches Shehnaaz and hugs her for some time.
Ritu puts her hands on Shehnaaz’s arms, seemingly unable to comprehend that the actress was standing in front of her.
The occasion got the better of the fan as she became emotional, with Shehnaaz asking:
“Are you fine?”
As Ritu bursts into tears, Shehnaaz comforts her.
When Shehnaaz hears that Ritu took a 16-hour flight just to meet her, Shehnaaz is shocked. She then hugs Ritu’s daughter.
Ritu and Shehnaaz continue to talk as they make their way outside.
The meeting even gave the fan an opportunity to speak to the media. When asked about her long-distance journey, the fan replied:
“Anything for Shehnaaz.”
Shehnaaz gave Ritu a final hug before she left.
Throughout the video, Ritu had a beaming smile on her face.
Ritu captioned the video: “MY DREAM CAME TRUE!!”

“I truly cannot describe Shehnaaz Gill in words, I feel blessed!!”
Ritu is a huge fan of Shehnaaz and her Twitter account is dedicated to Shehnaaz and the late Sidharth Shukla.
One person revealed how much of a fan Ritu is, writing:
“She is a huge supporter of Shehnaaz… she had booked full theatre in the US when Shehnaaz’s movie was released last year.”

On the work front, Shehnaaz has launched her own chat show.
Titled Desi Vibes, the first guest was Rajkummar Rao.
She later thanked Rajkummar for appearing on her show and called him “the best”.
Shehnaaz said: “Dreams do come true and today was one such moment when what I manifested came true.
“I always wanted to work with the very talented actor Rajkummar Rao and today I shot with him as my guest on my first ever chat show – Desi Vibes With Shehnaaz Gill.
“I am on the moon literally! Thank you so much for honouring my request @rajkummar_rao, you know you are the best!” she wrote.
