Salman Khan’s highly anticipated sequel, Kick 2 has officially been announced by producer Sajid Nadiadwala.
The exciting news was shared on social media, where Sajid teased the upcoming project with an intriguing photo of Salman Khan.
The photo featured a black and white photo of the Dabangg star, captured from the back.
Released in 2014, Kick was a groundbreaking success.
It was Salman Khan’s first film to cross Rs. 200 Crore (£18 million) at the box office.
The film became one of the year’s biggest hits, featuring a stellar cast that included Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Kick was a remake of the 2009 Telugu movie of the same name, starring Ravi Teja.
Given the original’s popularity, fans have eagerly awaited a sequel.
Needless to say, the recent announcement has ignited a wave of excitement across social media platforms.

Currently, Salman Khan is busy filming for his upcoming movie Sikandar, which is set to release during Eid in 2025.
In Sikandar, Salman will be sharing the screen with the talented Rashmika Mandanna.
In May 2024, Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house announced Rashmika’s involvement in the film, generating further enthusiasm among fans.
Rashmika expressed her gratitude on Instagram, stating:
“You guys for a long time have been asking me for the next update and here it is. Surprise!! I’m truly grateful and honoured to be a part of Sikandar.”
The collaboration marks a reunion between Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala, who have previously worked together on other successful films.
This includes Kick, Judwaa, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
