A video which captured Saba eating KFC with a co-star quickly went viral on social media.
The sight of Saba Faisal as she enjoyed the meal shocked many viewers.
This comes amidst ongoing sensitivities surrounding certain brands.
KFC, a prominent global brand, has found itself embroiled in controversy.
It faced widespread boycotts by the Muslim community.
The boycott is a response to events surrounding the Israel-Palestine conflict.
This has attached contentious issues to the fast-food chain and has prompted millions to stop supporting and endorsing such establishments.
In the wake of the BTS video circulating online, fans and followers of Saba Faisal expressed their disappointment.
They appeared to be concerned over her choice to eat KFC.
A user said: “This woman has never done anything right. She is so over and irritating.”
Another wrote: “Wretched hypocrites. These people are worshippers of money.
“Shame on them. They aim to promote KFC through this.”
“Here we are boycotting this food outside Pakistan and over there they die to eat McDonalds or KFC.
“There is probably a Pepsi around them somewhere too.”
However, many supporters came to the defence of Saba Faisal.
They argued that KFC outlets remain consistently crowded, indicating that the boycott efforts have had minimal impact on the chain’s popularity.
They emphasised that KFC thrives in Pakistan, with customers continuing to visit its restaurants.
A fan questioned: “Although I don’t like her at all but why make a fuss about her only?
“You go out and every other outlet of McDonalds and KFC are overloaded with people.”
Another stated: “If we go to KFC outlets, they are always jam-packed.
“So don’t point fingers at her only. The majority of the people are not boycotting.”
One commented: “No one has stopped eating KFC. It’s always fully rushed.”

This is not the first time Saba Faisal has been in the headlines for controversial reasons.
In July 2024, Saba opposed Mishi Khan’s stance on Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding.
Mishi opined that prolonged pre-wedding festivities should stop.
In response, Saba said: “Let those who are enjoying their lives do so.
“They are spending their own money on their happiness – whoever is enjoying their life, let them.”
Mishi fired back at Saba for her paid promotions.
She said: “Yes, I do enjoy the joys of people, these are my personal thoughts.
“It’s not a paid promotion. Big difference. You also enjoy it.”
On the work front, Saba was last seen in Sultanat (2024) where she played Sajida.
