Nara Rohit, the nephew of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, got engaged to his Prathinidhi 2 co-star Siree Lella.
The ceremony took place on October 13, 2024, in Hyderabad.
The grand event was attended by prominent figures, including the Chief Minister and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Other attendees were family members and A-listers.
The engagement ceremony was beautifully captured by photographers, who shared intimate moments of the couple on Instagram.
Nara chose an elegant ivory kurta for the occasion, while Siree dazzled in a traditional silk red and gold saree.
The actress complemented her look with floral hair accessories and striking jewellery.
The couple radiated happiness, smiling as they posed for photos together.
Videos shared by paparazzi showcased the arrival of notable guests, including Chandrababu Naidu and Nandamuri Balakrishna.
They were dressed in ethnic attire, with Nandamuri donning a blue and gold kurta.
The event also saw the presence of Nara’s cousin, politician Nara Lokesh, and his wife, Brahmani.
Details about Nara Rohit and Siree Lella’s relationship have been kept largely private.
On Instagram, Nara wrote: “Together, we’ve shared countless laughter-filled moments, adventures, and memories.
“And now, I am excited to begin the greatest journey of my life – building a life filled with love and joy forever. @siree_lella.”
Siree recently returned to India after studying abroad and starred with Nara in Prathinidhi 2, which was released in April 2024.
During promotions for the film, she spoke fondly of Nara Rohit, recalling:
“When I first met him on set, I thought he was so good, looked so innocent.
“We became good friends. I like Rohit and his movies a lot.”
Earlier in 2024, she expressed her determination to pursue an acting career despite her parents’ wishes for her to marry, stating:
“I asked them for two years because I don’t want to regret not following my passion.”
Nara Rohit has made a name for himself in the Telugu film industry, known for his unique, content-driven films.
He rose to fame with his debut film Baanam and has remained focused on his acting career.
What is worth noting is that he steered clear of the political spotlight despite his illustrious family background.
Reports indicate that Nara Rohit and Siree Lella have been dating for some time.
