“Being a senior, I should have been a role model for you.”
Juggan Kazim has publicly apologised to Alizeh Shah for her conduct towards her.
The apology came through a video posted on YouTube, where she addressed Alizeh directly with a sincere and emotional message.
Juggan said: “I would like to directly address you Alizeh beta. I’m calling you beta because you’re my son’s age. If I hurt you, I’m truly sorry.
“Alizeh, I didn’t know you were offended by that video. You said you used to respect me, this really hurt me.
“Being a senior, I should have been a role model for you.”
The clip in question was from four years ago.
In the video, Juggan and influencer Jannat Mirza were seen laughing and recreating Alizeh’s runway stumble during Bridal Couture Week 2021.
At the time, Alizeh had brushed off the fall as a mistake. However, she has now revealed it was far more distressing.
Alizeh disclosed the truth in a recent video, referring to fellow participant Shazia Manzoor.
She revealed: “We had to go right. This lady pulled me and dragged me to the floor.”
Alizeh also alleged that Shazia had touched her inappropriately during the walk, and the entire moment had been deeply humiliating.
What made the experience worse, according to Alizeh Shah, was the way her fall became industry mockery.
She said: “I’m going to expose every single person who did me wrong. I’m done with people trolling me, making fun of me, and making memes out of me.
“You guys have no idea how difficult an actor’s life already is.”
Juggan Kazim, in her apology, said she didn’t realise the video would cause so much pain.
“The video was four years old, and I didn’t realise it would be such a big deal, but now I understand that it was.
“You could have texted me, I would have immediately apologised.
“Whenever I make a mistake, I apologise right away, even to my family and friends. I genuinely didn’t know you were hurt or that people were trolling you.
“I’m apologising on behalf of everyone involved.”
Juggan also explained why she chose to respond publicly.
“Now that I got the chance to make this video, I felt I must say sorry. I’m saying this on a public platform because you brought it up publicly.
“I was also bullied when I entered the industry, so I understand how it feels.”
Many social media users have praised Juggan Kazim for her accountability and humility.
At the same time, Alizeh Shah’s revelations have sparked broader conversations around misogyny, exploitation, and emotional abuse within the entertainment world.
Fans are now calling for stronger solidarity and empathy in an industry that often treats public ridicule as entertainment.
