Is Shraddha Kapoor Getting Serious with Rahul Mody?

It is rumoured that Shraddha Kapoor has been getting close to screenwriter Rahul Mody.

They were photographed going on a dinner date on July 3, 2023.

Rahul co-wrote Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (2023), which starred Shraddha (Nisha “Tinni” Malhotra) and Ranbir Kapoor (Rohan “Mickey” Arora).

Shraddha and Rahul apparently got close to each other while working together on the film.

Both have been intensely private regarding their relationship.

A source said: “They got close to each other while working on Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and have been going strong.

“They don’t want to go public with the relationship.

“They were shocked when they were photographed together out on a dinner date, which is why they are being more cautious about their outings together.”

It has also been reported that Shraddha Kapoor has strategically avoided the glare of Mumbai when meeting up with Rahul following the incident.

A source further explained: “In fact, recently, Mody recently took Shraddha to buy her a new Apple phone, but picked the store where security would be more so that they would not get papped.

“That’s how they want the relationship to be. That being said, not going public doesn’t mean they are not in a happy place.

“They are sure about each other, with their families also liking them as a couple.

“They both are very private, and Shraddha has always kept her personal life out of the limelight.

“She didn’t confirm her relationship with Rohan Shrestha as well. That’s how she wants it to be with Mody as well.

“They want to have a private affair, and not fret about going public with the relationship.”

Shraddha Kapoor and photographer Rohan Shrestha were reportedly in a relationship for over three years.

They decided to end things in 2022.

They were childhood friends and their respective families also got along well together.

Meanwhile, in October 2023, the actress was questioned over her involvement in the Mahadev app – a platform that provides illegal betting.

On the work front, her last release, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar was a huge success. Her chemistry with Ranbir was highly praised by viewers.

As a result, fans demanded more movies featuring Shraddha and Ranbir together.

The film is currently the eighth highest-grossing film of 2023.

Shraddha Kapoor will next be seen in Stree 2, a sequel to the 2018 horror film.
