The title of Luv Ranjan’s next, the romantic comedy starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, was unveiled on December 14, 2022.
On December 13, Shraddha Kapoor shared a picture on her Instagram with the acronyms of the film title and captioned it: “And the title is…… Guess Karo???”
As eager fans tried to guess the name of the film, Alia Bhatt joined the bandwagon.
The actor shared Shraddha’s post on Instagram and captioned it: “tingle jingle mingle mingle?”
The quirky caption from the actor was in line with many fans who shot hilarious guesses to the title that could range anything from “Tu majnu, mein jaanu” to “Tu Jupiter Main Mars.”
Luv Ranjan’s films are known for their unusual film titles which include De De Pyaar De, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, and Pyaar Ka Punchnama.
Fans guessed that like these previous titles of films helmed by Luv Ranjan, this one is sure to receive a similar extended one.
Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor will be sharing screen space for the first time in Luv Ranjan’s upcoming rom-com.
The makers finally revealed the film’s title, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, with a teaser, and Alia Bhatt reacted to it.
While Alia’s guess was off the mark, she reacted to the teaser and joked that her guess was close.

Meanwhile, the makers of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar also unveiled the first poster of the film on December 14.
The poster shows Shraddha wearing a pink mini-dress while Ranbir is seen in a blue shirt and white pants.
The two can be seen with full-on dramatic expressions.
She shared the poster with the caption: “#TuJhoothiMainMakkaar Nautanki > Couple Goals.”
The actor also shared the teaser and wrote: “And the title is…… Finally Here!!! Dekhoooo.”
Her fans showed they were excited about the film.

The film also features Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia in key roles.
The film is set to hit the big screen on March 8, 2023, on the occasion of Holi.
A few days ago, during an interview at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Ranbir shared that this film with Shraddha will be the last romantic comedy for him as an actor since he is getting older.
The actor was last seen in Ayan Mukherji’s fantasy epic Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, which also marked his first film with his wife Alia Bhatt.
The film was a box office success and earned over Rs. 400 crore.
Google recently announced that the film had topped the movie search list for 2022, beating several other popular blockbusters like KGF: Chapter 2, RRR, Kantara, and The Kashmir Files.
