There have been several child stars to enter Bollywood and Arhaan Khan could be the next.
When it comes to Bollywood, there have been many star kids who have made their way into the industry. While some have had huge success, others have struggled.
The year 2018 saw a lot of famous stars’ kids make their mark in Bollywood. The likes of Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday took their first step in the industry.
It now looks like Arhaan Khan may be the latest next-generation star kid to enter Bollywood.
Arhaan is the son of Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan, who were married for 19 years before they divorced.
Malaika revealed all about her life in an interview with Zoom TV. From discussing her relationship with Arjun Kapoor to working on a web show with Karan Johar and Kirron Kher.
While Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is considering looking to Bollywood for a career, Malaika was asked if her son has the same aspirations.
When asked if her 16-year-old son plans to take up a Bollywood career, she replied:
“He just has an affinity to films, that’s because he is grown up in an environment of films. He loves watching films. He likes following films. He likes the concept of films.”
However, Malaika admitted that she and Arbaaz are not sure of what Arhaan wants. She added:
“But what he wants to do with that, I really don’t know.
“I don’t think any of us know that just yet because he is not sure just yet. How and when it pans out, we will figure it out then.”
Mid-Day reported that Malaika previously explained how her son reacted to her relationship with Arjun Kapoor. She said that being honest about the situation was the best way.
She revealed: “I believe the best way to approach any situation is with honesty.
“It’s important to tell your near and dear ones what’s happening in your life and then give them time and space to understand and process things.
“We have had that conversation and I am so glad that everyone is in a much happier and more honest space today.”
