"Deepika also then clarifies that she needs "Hash"
In a shocking turn in the Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) investigation into Bollywood’s drug probe, Deepika Padukone’s name has been mentioned in a WhatsApp chat.
Reportedly, the actress was asking for meal and hash from a person known as ‘K’.
After Rhea Chakraborty’s talent manager’s Jaya Saha’s name was revealed in a WhatsApp chat with Rhea, another two names have been identified.
Their names may act as a possible connection with Bollywood’s drug link.
According to Republic Media Network, WhatsApp chats were accessed of two Bollywood stars, ‘D’ and ‘K.’
These reported actresses were in a WhatsApp group chat with Jaya Saha in which they were discussing drugs.
It has been confirmed ‘D’ is, in fact, Deepika Padukone. The report states:
“The chats accessed are from October 2017 and show Deepika asking for “maal” from ‘K’ who replies that she has it, but at home.
“Further ‘K’ says that she can ask ‘Amit’ if she wants it, as “he is carrying”. Deepika also then clarifies that she needs “Hash” and not “weed” as the two discuss logistics.”
The conversation on 28 October 2017 reads:
“At 10:03 AM, (+91-992——-) ‘D’ writes: K…Maal you have?
At 10:05 AM, (+91-961——-) ‘K’ writes: I have but at home. I am at Bandra…
At 10:05, K writes: I can ask Amit if you want
At 10:07, Deepika writes: Yes!! Pllleeeeasssee
At 10:08, K writes: Amit has. He’s carrying it
At 10:12, Deepika writes: Hash na?
At 10:12, Deepika writes: Not weed
At 10:14, K writes: What time are you coming to Koko
At 10:15: Deepika writes: 1130/12ish
At 10:15: Deepika writes: Till what time is Shal there?
K writes: I think she said 11:30 because she needs to at the other place at 12”
Jaya Saha’s name was also linked to the narcotics angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. In a conversation with Rhea, Jaya was instructing the actress on how to administer a substance. She said:
“Use 4 drops in tea, let him sip it …. Give it 30-40 mins to kick in.”
It was discovered that the pair were discussing CBD Oil which is banned in India and was to be given to Sushant Singh Rajput.
The NCB is currently investigating two drug angles. The first being the Sushant and Rhea link while the second is associated with Manjinder Singh Sirsa’s complaint about a 2019 Bollywood party video.
The uncovered video shows several Bollywood stars present. The report adds:
“Just on Monday, even as Jaya Saha is being questioned by the NCB, sources have also confirmed to Republic that actors Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan are likely to be summoned by the agency at some point this week.
“Sara Ali Khan’s name had come up in the questioning of Rhea Chakraborty, NCB had confirmed, whereas Shraddha Kapoor’s prospective summoning is a new development.”
