Diljit Dosanjh, the ‘Punjabi Munda’ in Bollywood is now going to be immortalised as a wax statue at Madame Tussauds in New Delhi, India.
The immensely popular singer and actor has reached extreme levels of fame globally. With his stride into Bollywood with hit films like Udta Punjab, the star has set a new precedence for Punjabi actors making it in Bollywood in a short space of time.
Diljit Dosanjh will be joining a huge calibre of Indian celebrity waxworks at Madame Tussauds Delhi, including, Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Asha Bhonsle, Anil Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonu Nigam and many more.
Diljit met up with the Madame Tussauds wax figure experts in Mumbai for his sitting in order to create his exact likeness.
The specialist team took over 200 measurements of the star and numerous photographs in order to produce his wax figure which will be placed in the music zone of the Madame Tussauds Delhi.
The feature will give excited fans the chance to groove, interact and pose with the wax version of Diljit Dosanjh.

Diljit Dosanjh is an active star on social media, where he has attracted millions of followers worldwide. He has established himself as a very humble and much-liked celebrity in B-Town.
He has won many awards for his work to date, including a Filmfare, IIFA and the much-coveted Dada Saheb Phalke award for most trending personality of the year 2018.
His latest Bollywood offering is the biopic Soorma, where he plays the legendary Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh.
