“I'll kill you! I will kill you! You know I'll kill you!"

A US Indian businessman exposed himself and threatened to kill a dock worker after he was refused parking.

The man was identified as Ajay Thakore, who also goes by the name Ace Rogers.

It was reported that Thakore wanted to park his $4.5 million Lamborghini yacht at the Seaforth Boat Rental in San Diego, California, to pick someone up.

However, he was refused parking by a dock worker.

Thakore then became aggressive.

Video footage showed Thakore onboard his yacht yelling profanities at the worker and allegedly making threats.

He was reportedly heard saying: “I’ll kill you! I will kill you! You know I’ll kill you! I will kill you! I will kill you!”

As the yacht left, the businessman pulled down his trousers and exposed himself, making lewd gestures towards the worker.

He also threw money into the water.

One of Thakore’s employees responded to the video, saying he was there that day and was invited onto his boss’ yacht.

He claimed two dock workers physically got in Thakore’s way and “the situation became tense”.

The employee said there was a lot of screaming back and forth, adding that he “didn’t fully understand protocol” and felt “threatened” when he was going to step on the boat.

He claimed Thakore “flipped as he is very protective of his employees”.

The employee claimed he was told to step back and it was “a confusing situation that became very tense”.

Ajay Thakore shared his employee’s comments on Instagram and in the caption, he said there are “two sides to every story”.

The businessman explained: “It’s easy to paint a picture with edited video clips from cell phones, but it’s hard to explain context and look at a situation from all sides.”

Thakore claimed his employee was being restricted, restrained and threatened while attempting to board the yacht.

He continued:

“As a leader, I defend my own fiercely with everything I have, and I will never apologise for that.”

“You can choose to believe that I just pulled up to a dock and started yelling, or you can realise that a lot happened before the cameras were rolling and that it takes two sides to escalate a situation.

“You can also see we are leaving the scene, de-escalating the situation, and not approaching to threaten.”

Thakore also addressed perceptions attached to the wealthy, adding:

“Successful people become so for a reason. I will always defend my own, it doesn’t matter how many cameras are out.

“If you want to f*ck around, you are going to find out.”
