World Cup 2026 Live TV Schedule for UK

The 2026 FIFA World Cup gets underway on June 11 and over the next five weeks, there are 104 matches taking place.

Hosted in the United States, Canada and Mexico, 48 nations will compete for the famous trophy.

The 2022 World Cup winners Argentina will be looking to defend their crown as Spain, France, Portugal and England emerge as favourites.

While many fans in the UK will be focused on following England and Scotland’s campaigns, football fans will have access to every match throughout the competition.

Coverage will be shared between the BBC and ITV, while viewers in Scotland will also be able to watch matches through STV.

Brits will have to factor in the time difference, with kinder slots including 6 pm and 8 pm.

However, some games of interest will be shown late at night and in the early hours of the morning.

Among them is Spain’s clash with Uruguay at 1 am.

Despite the time difference, fans will have the opportunity to watch every fixture live without requiring a subscription service.

For those wishing to stream the action, BBC and ITV will also show their allocated TV games live on BBC iPlayer and ITVX respectively.

And for those who are unable to watch the matches, BBC Radio 5 Live will have radio commentary of every World Cup match.
