The two were showstoppers at the high-profile event held at Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
Their appearance comes at a moment of heightened excitement surrounding the promotional campaign for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.
Alia chose an ivory embroidered ethnic ensemble for the occasion, featuring a sheer dupatta with intricate white floral embroidery draped over her head.
She paired the look with a matching corset blouse and skirt, creating a silhouette of effortless, deeply considered elegance.
Her accessories included a heavy statement kundan choker necklace, a matching maang tikka and wrist accessories that completed the bridal look.
Vicky opted for a deep royal blue velvet sherwani jacket adorned with heavy white floral zardozi embroidery that immediately drew attention.
He wore the jacket over a white collar-detailed kurta and tailored white trousers, striking a balance between regal and refined contemporary styling.

Earlier on the same day, the makers of Love & War had also unveiled two new character posters featuring Vicky Kaushal.
The new posters followed the earlier release of official character looks for both Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt from the period drama.

Love & War brings together a trio of actors who share significant and celebrated screen histories with one another.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt previously starred together in Brahmastra in 2022, while Alia and Vicky shared the screen in Raazi back in 2018.
Ranbir and Vicky were also last seen together in Sanju in 2018.
Behind the camera, Bhansali directs Alia for the second time following their acclaimed collaboration on Gangubai Kathiawadi.
The film also marks Bhansali’s first collaboration with Ranbir Kapoor since the actor made his debut in the director’s 2007 feature Saawariya.
The Mijwan Fashion Show itself carries a significance that extends well beyond the glamour of the runway.
The annual showcase benefits the Mijwan Welfare Society, founded in 1993 by the late and legendary Urdu poet Kaifi Azmi.
The benefits all go towards supporting women and girls in Mijwan, Azamgarh.
The NGO is now managed by his daughter, actress Shabana Azmi, who has continued her father’s vision of empowering the community.
Manish Malhotra has been collaborating with the organisation for fifteen years, bringing the artisans’ traditional chikankari embroidery to Bollywood.
