"You're such an inspiration."
In 2026, Pascha Myhill stood out on television when she starred in the BBC’s The Apprentice.
Pascha appeared on Lord Alan Sugar’s business competition as a healthcare recruitment consultant.
Despite not having her own business at the time, Pascha impressed all with her knowledge and passion about the sector.
She achieved amazing prowess in the show, finishing the process as the runner-up.
Pascha ultimately lost Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment to Karishma Vijay.
On October 8, 2026, Pascha Myhill, who also has Indian heritage, took to her Instagram profile to announce some thrilling news.
The young businesswoman shared that she is now the Founder and Director of Real Approach Recruitment LTD.
She wrote: “As most of you will know, earlier this year, I made it to the final of the BBC’s The Apprentice Series 20.
“During my final pitch to Lord Sugar, I walked onto a stage in front of 400 people, including some of the biggest names in the care industry, to this very song.
“I walked onto that stage with my head held high, wearing a sparkly dress, nerves through the roof, but with one thing that mattered most: a goal and a passion.
“Looking back, I still get emotional thinking about that moment.
“I had worked so hard to get there, and for those few minutes, everything I had dreamed about felt very real.
“I’ve always had a dream that by the age of 25, I would open my own recruitment company.”
“I didn’t leave The Apprentice with a partnership and investment from Lord Sugar.
“But I did leave with something that no one could take away from me: the belief that I could still make it happen.
“And this song will always remind me of where it all started.
“I am proud to share that from today, I am the Director and Founder of Real Approach Recruitment LTD.”
