"A lot of people had vendettas."
During her time on the BBC’s The Apprentice 2026, Pascha Myhill achieved amazing prowess.
The 22-year-old healthcare recruitment consultant, who has Indian heritage, finished as the runner-up on the show.
She ultimately lost Lord Alan Sugar’s £250,000 investment to Karishma Vijay.
Despite being the youngest candidate in the series, Pascha impressed all with her determination and her confidence.
Pascha recently sat down for an interview on the podcast, SnatchedbyWill.
During the chat, the young businesswoman delved into a clash she experienced with a fellow candidate on The Apprentice.
She said: “Andrea [Cooper]… I don’t like it when people talk down to me.
“If you’re not doing the job you’re meant to be doing, then I’m going to do it.
“We literally had 20 minutes to write a book. I’m just going to have to do it.”
Pascha was referring to the task where the candidates had to create a children’s storybook.
For that task, Andrea was the Project Manager.
Pascha continued: “But people don’t like that in that process. If you’re Project Manager, you don’t want anyone walking over you.”
Andrea was fired from the process in the sixth week due to her negative attitude.
Meanwhile, Pascha also described the mindsets of some candidates.
She revealed: “Maybe a few of the candidates were very clued up with what they were doing by coming on to the show.
“I feel that if you create a fake persona, it’s just going to come out at the end of the day.
“There’s no point in being fake and masculine energy that is not you. Just be yourself.
“A lot of people had vendettas. They knew what they were doing.
“People need to understand that I didn’t go on the show for the money.
“I went because I had the opportunity to start my own company with Lord Sugar.
“It is a TV show at the end of the day. I think, definitely, some people were on the show for the wrong reasons.
“I don’t like shying away.”
Pascha also expressed her suspicions over whether the production team of The Apprentice divided the candidates into rooms in the house for dramatic purposes.
Detailing her toughest moment in the process, she said:
“It was when Megan [Ruiter] left. I was on the phone with my boyfriend, and I was distraught.
“She was like my rock. A lot of people said our friendship was a bit fake in the house.”
“They were like, ‘They won’t be friends when they leave’.
“But we’ve been to Ibiza, I’m in Liverpool all the time, and she’s down here.
“Honestly, she’s one of my best mates. When I met her at the auditions, I was like, ‘I really like this girl’.
“It was so rough. Me and Karishma got really close. I was close with a lot of the boys as well.
“I do find it really easy to get on with lads. That was really nice when Megan left.”
During the interview, Pascha also discussed her reaction towards losing the show and what’s next for her after The Apprentice.
