As she prepares to embrace motherhood, the actress shared a heartfelt message on social media, reflecting on her transformative experience throughout the series.
In an emotional video posted on her Instagram, Shraddha showed clips from her time on the show, writing:
“You won’t believe that I wrote and deleted this caption at least 25 times ‘cuz… nothing… no words could truly describe what I carry in my heart at this moment.”
She described her role as “the most successful, nurturing, gratifying, lasting and loyal piece of work” in her career.
Shraddha detailed her growth from a “silly-goofy young girl” to a responsible married woman and soon-to-be mother.
She humorously acknowledged that she still retains her playful spirit.
The actress highlighted the glamour, fame, and fulfilling experiences that came with her role, noting:
“7 AND A HALF YEARS of being PREETA were nothing short of a real-life fairy tale.
“With fancy clothes, fame, popularity, wonderful work team and co-actors, travel, glamour, challenging scenes, dance, drama, and everything that an artist’s perfect life is built of.”
In her heartfelt message, she expressed gratitude to Ekta Kapoor for giving her the opportunity to be part of such an enriching journey.
She also thanked Zee TV, her co-stars, and the entire crew, including directors, writers, and stylists.
Shraddha penned that they all made her time on the show successful and joyful.
