Kareena Kapoor Khan is one big social butterfly. She never misses out on partying with friends and recently she hosted a special dinner for her girlfriends.
This time, it was not for her regular gang consisting of sister Karisma Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Malaika Arora.
Instead, Kareena’s guest list included her stylist Tanya Ghavri and also her manager Poonam Damania among others.
The photos were posted on Instagram by Tanya and Poonam who seemed to have had a great time with the actress.
Kareena is known to be extremely close to her team, especially Poonam Damania who manages the actress and is often spotted at all big events with her, including family functions.
Kareena considers Poonam to be a close friend and is much more than her manager.
The images show Kareena holding her BFF’s in a tight embrace and showing off her perfect selfie pout.
Kareena is seen sporting a black dress in the pictures. She kept her long hair in casual waves. It looked like the girl gang had a fun time as pictures with pouts and pecks on the cheek made their way to the social media.
These girls sure know how to give some serious friendship goals!
Interestingly, this happened to be Kareena’s second party in a row since she also celebrated her father, Randhir Kapoor’s birthday with a family bash.
To make Randhir Kapoor’s 71st birthday special, Kareena and Karisma designed a special cake for the yesteryear star on behalf of his grandchildren with their names Taimur, Kiaan and Samaira and a message of “Happy Birthday Naanu” on it.
While Taimur Ali Khan is turning out to be a media favourite, the little one was missing from both the parties Kareena was a part of. We expected to get a glimpse of him at his grandfather’s bash since Karisma’s kids, Kiaan and Samaira Kapoor attended the party.
Kareena’s party with her team was a happy gesture on account of finishing up the shooting of her upcoming film Veerey Di Wedding.
Post her son, Taimur Ali Khan’s birth, this is the first Bollywood release that Kareena will have. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhasker and is touted to be India’s first chick flick.
Talking about what’s special about the film, Kareena had previously mentioned: “It’s a different kind of movie. It’s a story of four friends. It’s not the typical boy-meets-girl romance which I think I’ve done so much of.”
Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, the film has been produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. It is expected to release in June 2018.
