"Life is a marathon and not a sprint."

Payal Ghosh has shared two posts regarding suicide on her social media and it has grabbed the attention of many.

A couple of days ago, Payal Ghosh shared an incomplete suicide note on her Instagram handle without any caption.

Payal Ghosh’s fans are quite worried about her.

It has been just weeks before that she talked about mental health.

The post read: “This is me, Payal Ghosh. If I die by suicide or heart attack, people who will be responsible for that are.”

Payal Ghosh has described her life as a threat and has compared the situation with that of Sushant Singh Rajput.

This abrupt note has left her fans worried.

Many of them have been asking if the note she shared is real and if she is alright.

A lot of Payal Ghosh’s fans have been asking her to consult doctors and seek help if she feels the need to do so.

Earlier, while expressing her shock over Tunisha Sharma’s suicide, Payal Ghosh had spoken about people undervaluing mental health and wellbeing.

She said: “It’s been very unfortunate how people are taking that route.

“A major challenge here is that we undervalue mental health.

“We have to start with strong foundations and have people around us to discuss and work out things and we need to start by believing that suicide is never an option.

“Life is a marathon and not a sprint. We need to start believing that everything can be figured out if we can delay our gratifications and not seek external validation.”

In 2020, Payal Ghosh made headlines after she accused Anurag Kashyap of sexually harassing her and filed a police complaint against the filmmaker.

She tweeted: “@anuragkashyap72 has forced himself on me and extremely badly.

“@PMOIndia @narendramodi ji, kindly take action and let the country see the demon behind this creative guy.

“I am aware that it can harm me and my security is at risk. Pls, help!”

Anurag Kashyap, however, dismissed the allegations as “baseless”.

While denying the accusations in a series of tweets, he also took an indirect dig at Kangana Ranaut and said:

“Wow, it took so long in the attempt to silence me. It’s ok.

“In the attempt to silence me, you dragged several other women despite being a woman yourself. Have some limit, Madam.”
