"I was going through a similar emotional situation"
Nora Fatehi became emotional whilst on the judging panel of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.
Sriti Jha danced to Nora’s song ‘Pachtaoge’ in the episode, leaving Nora in tears.
A fan page posted a video of Sriti’s performance on its Instagram account on November 27, 2022.
In the video footage, Nora is heard discussing how her performance brought up memories of a very difficult moment in her life.
Speaking about the same, the actress even disclosed that she was going through a horrible heartbreak.
Due to dealing with a similar personal circumstance, she could relate to the song and used all of her emotions when filming ‘Pachtaoge’.

Nora stated: “Sriti and Vivek, the performance you gave on my song, I could relate to it.
“When I filmed this song, I was going through a similar emotional situation, which I was able to use in my performance.
“This might not be your best performance in terms of dance, but it was emotional…”
In an earlier interview, Nora Fatehi has spoken candidly about her love life and previous relationships.
The former dancer-turned-actress acknowledged that her ex-boyfriend had cheated on her.
Nora knew that her ex-beau had cheated on her, but didn’t have the evidence to back it up.
When asked how she handled the anguish and breakup, Nora replied that she had utilised all of the pain and loss as fuel for her art.
Nora said: “I really don’t know. I think so, but I don’t know. You know when you don’t know, it’s that scenario.
“Like, I know, but it’s like how do I prove it? But this guy cheating you’re talking about, when you catch the person red-handed, no no, it’s not happened.
“It is really hard when you catch red-handed. I am very emotional, but I use that as fuel for my work.”
‘Pachtaoge’ was released in 2019, sung by Arijit Singh and written by Jaani with music by B Praak.
Vicky Kaushal and Prabh Uppal were also featured in the music video of the song in addition to Nora.
When it was first released, the song from the album Jaani Ve was a tremendous hit.
Nora Fatehi was last seen in the song ‘Manike’ from the movie Thank God.
Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra both feature in the movie.
The upcoming film 100 Percent, in which Nora will star with John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh and Shehnaaz Gill, is one of her next ventures.
