the untitled film is yet to be announced
Indian actress Nayanthara will reportedly make her Bollywood debut opposite established actor Shah Rukh Khan.
The pair are supposedly taking on a project spearheaded by filmmaker Atlee, in a film that is yet to be titled.
News of the project has been circling for some time, and is still yet to be officially announced.
However, Nayanthara is reportedly all set to make her debut, and will collaborate with Atlee for the third time.
Although the untitled film is yet to be announced, reports suggest that Nayanthara has already signed up for the project.
The actress’ last appearance was in the Tamil comedy Mookuthi Amman. She also featured in Nizhal, and is preparing for Annaatthe alongside Rajinikanth and Keerthy Suresh.
She is also waiting on the release of Tamil thriller Netrikann, a remake of the Korean thriller Blind.
Although those behind Atlee’s film are yet to confirm anything, rumours suggest that the film’s team has already started the pre-production process.
Tamil director Atlee first hinted about the project with Nayanthara and Shah Rukh Khan back in 2019.
Just prior to the release of his last film Bigil, Atlee spoke about a potential collaboration with SRK.
When a fan asked the director if he would collaborate with SRK soon, he said:
“I have a huge amount of love and respect for SRK sir and he also loves my work.”
“Soon, hopefully, we will do something about it.”
SRK is busy shooting for his upcoming film Pathan, starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
He has also recently celebrated the 29th anniversary of his debut film Deewana.
The actor took to social media to thank his fans for their continuous support over the years.
