Milind Soman’s wife Ankita Konwar opened up about healing and self-love in a new video where she talked about things that make her smile.
Both Milind and his wife are known to be fitness enthusiasts.
They often talk about the importance of staying mentally and physically healthy.
Ankita regularly shares glimpses of her life, as well as inspiring videos, on Instagram.
Her latest Instagram reel shows Ankita answering the question: “Who got her smiling like that?”
The video is a mashup of different clips of Ankita, showing her doing various activities that she enjoys.
Some of those activities include swimming, yoga, cycling and running.
Ankita shared the reel on September 21, 2021, followed with the caption:

The brief video provided a message of self-love and hope to her 233k Instagram followers.
The clip begins with Ankita filming herself and smiling for the camera.
Then, several clips of Ankita doing her favourite activities start playing one after the other.
Ankita can be seen dancing in a pool, doing yoga, trekking and cycling.
The video instantly went viral and garnered over 1.6k likes and comments from her followers.
Milind Soman liked the video and shared it on his Instagram Story.
Ankita also uploaded a video on Instagram prior to her latest in which she talked about being abused as a child.
She also talked about losing loved ones and facing judgement for being in a relationship with Milind.
After Ankita shared the clip, Milind commented on it:
“You’ve come a long way, baby.”
This was followed by a heart-eye emoji.
Milind and Ankita got married on April 22, 2018.
Their relationship often faces scrutiny due to the pair’s age difference. Milind is 26 years older than his wife.
Milind was previously married to French actress and model Mylene Jampanoi. However, the couple separated in 2008 and divorced in 2009.
Meanwhile, Milind shocked Malaika Arora and the crew of Supermodel of the Year after revealing what turns him on in a woman.
Milind said: “She has to be psycho,
“She should be loud. Like, ‘I am here’. Girls like that kind of catch my eye.”
The actor and model also revealed that lying is his biggest turn-off in a woman.
He also said that Ankita was the one person who knows him best:
“She has seen all shades of grey.”
Milind is currently hosting reality show Supermodel of the Year alongside Malaika Arora.
