"I am Sanjay's trophy wife."
Maheep Kapoor thought about making her husband Sanjay Kapoor pay for expensive facelift surgery, calling herself a “trophy wife”.
However, Sanjay refused to pay for the procedure and gave a hilarious response.
Maheep’s comments came in an unreleased clip from Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.
A video featured Maheep speaking about her husband to Seema Sajdeh as they visited a clinic to get an IV drip.
Maheep claimed she was feeling a little low on energy after returning from her holiday.
Meanwhile, Seema felt her skin was dry and leathery due to overexposure to the sun.
As they sat down to receive the drip, Maheep said:
“Ageing is a f***ing b***ch.”
Seema responded: “It’s f***ing expensive, dude.”
Maheep added: “I am only earning for this. I am fed up.”
The two friends then started talking about going to Los Angeles, where there is a doctor who performs a ‘ponytail lift’.
Seema said: “It’s minimally invasive.”
Maheep asked: “It’s a thread right?”
While Seema stated that it is not true, Maheep said:
“You end up looking like Bella Hadid, I heard.”
She went on to say: “When you tie a tight ponytail and your face looks like as pulled back, basically that’s what it does and that’s what I wanna do.”
Still in the clinic, Seema warned Maheep that the procedure costs a lot but the latter confidently replied:
“I will make Sanjay pay for it… I am Sanjay’s trophy wife.”
The comment left Seema laughing and she then asked:
“If I had this much money, you think I would stick to one trophy? He would have four wives.”
Seema then decided to text Sanjay and ask him what he thinks of the idea.
Sanjay responded to the message, saying that he is only paying for the rubber band for his wife’s ponytail, leaving Maheep feeling embarrassed.

The second season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives premiered on Netflix on September 2, 2022, and it saw Maheep, Seema, Neelam Kothari and Bhavana Pandey return.
It saw Seema take out the ‘Khan’ nameplate at the entrance of her house and replace it with a plate with her kids’ names on it.
Viewers also got a glimpse into how Seema was dealing with her divorce from Sohail Khan.
Meanwhile, Maheep revealed that Sanjay cheated on her during the early days of their marriage.
