Amir Khan’s wife took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself.
Dressed in black, Faryal’s figure-hugging dress featured a unique train.
She paired the outfit with knee-length leather boots.
Faryal completed her look with smoky eyeshadow and sharp contoured cheeks.
Faryal posed in front of a glass cabinet containing Amir’s boxing title belts and trophies.
She captioned the post: “Trophy wife.”
The caption led to many netizens trolling her, with one person writing:
“Calling yourself a trophy wife isn’t a compliment.”
Another stated that Faryal’s life of luxury is solely down to Amir Khan’s boxing success:
“Yup! Enjoying Amir’s millions! #golddigger.”
One user said: “Women don’t want to be called a trophy wife as it’s insulting… then there’s you.”
The picture also raised questions over Faryal Makhdoom’s ever-changing appearance.
Faryal has never confirmed to have gone under the knife but many social media users do not believe her.
Likening her to a popular doll, one person said:
“You have started to look like Bratz Doll. I don’t know if this should be a compliment or not.”
Another wrote: “Fake wife why are you standing lop-sided?”
Others criticised Faryal’s outfit and said it was too revealing.
Some users came to Faryal’s defence as one person said they aspired to be like her.
The woman wrote: “Trophy wife, I’d take that any day.
“You’re gorgeous and a beautiful person, you will always have haters but we should thank them as they make us strive for more.”
Another pointed out that Faryal’s caption should not be taken literally, commenting:
“It’s a play on words ffs… and just cos you don’t like something doesn’t mean another person doesn’t.
“Haters will find some type of way to hate even if you’re modest and praying 5 times a day.”
On numerous occasions, Faryal Makhdoom has faced criticism for appearing to only value luxury items courtesy of her husband.
In August 2023, Amir posted a video of himself gifting Faryal a Mercedes G-Wagon.
This was supposedly a bid to win her back after facing cheating claims.
While Amir was ridiculed for being “desperate”, many slammed Faryal for accepting the gift.
One person said at the time: “She clearly has no self-respect. She literally did marry him for money.
“No woman with morals would accept a man who constantly cheats.”
