At just two-years-old, Taimur Ali Khan is arguably one of the most popular star kid in Bollywood.
He has also been given a lot of freedom to enjoy his childhood by his mother Kareena Kapoor Khan.
However, it turns out that Taimur does not have all the freedom in the world as it has been reported that Kareena is paranoid about him eating or drinking anything outside.
The Bollywood actress had a conversation with dietitian and nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar.
During their talk, Kareena confessed that she does not let her son eat anything from outside. That includes when he attends birthday parties.
She said she knows it is a bad habit but she cannot let go of it.
Kareena explained that Taimur eats khichdi almost every day at home and sometimes idli and dosa. She also makes him eat saag even though he does not like it.
It is not just Taimur’s food habits which have been revealed but Saif Ali Khan also spoke about his son’s favourite game to play. It is a game that no one else of his age plays.
Saif explained: “Timtim is more media-savvy than either me or Bebo (Kareena). He calls the photographers ‘Mediawale’. He thinks mediawale is a name!
“One of his favourite games is to point my camera at people. He will say ‘khichik khickik khickik’ and pretend to be mediawale.”
Taimur is often seen with his father and usually accompanies him to the gym.
He was last seen at a film set where Saif was filming and he looked smart. While his nanny tried to divert his attention, Taimur was determined to wave at the photographers.
While Kareena may ban her son from eating anything outside, she and her husband Saif have never hidden his face from the camera.
She said: “We view it as something socially irresponsible because we have been such good parents. We haven’t shied away. We never hid Taimur’s face.
“In Hollywood, they don’t allow children’s faces to come (publish). But because Saif and I took the modern approach, we can’t do that.”
No matter what he does, Taimur is always attracting attention and further establishing himself as one of the most popular star child in Bollywood.
On the work front, Kareena is getting ready for the release of Good News, set to release in December 2019.
