Karan Singh Grover has made a surprise appearance in the latest promo for Gram Chikitsalay Season 2.

He reprises his iconic role as Dr Armaan Malik, bringing back memories of Dill Mill Gayye.

Karan originally played this beloved character in the medical drama that ran from 2007 to 2010.

More than 16 years later, the actor is once again seen as a doctor in this new promo.

The appearance has sparked an exceptionally strong response from viewers who watched the original series online.

The promo also features Amol Parashar as Dr Prabhat and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor as Dr Gargi.

In the promotional footage, Karan enters the scene with his signature wink that fans remember fondly.

He correctly diagnoses a patient in the scene, leaving both Dr Prabhat and Dr Gargi surprised.

Dr Prabhat then asks him if he plans to come to Bhatkandi in the future.

Karan replies with a warm smile while delivering his memorable dialogue with characteristic charm and grace:

“Nahi, Dr Prabhat, main sirf dil mein aata hoon, Bhatkandi mein nahi.”

The quote translates to his saying that he only comes to hearts, not to Bhatkandi.

The appearance immediately reminded many viewers of Dill Mill Gayye.

Dr Armaan Malik became one of Indian television’s most loved and unforgettable characters ever created.

Karan Singh Grover’s portrayal had left a lasting impact on audiences that has never faded.
