Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover welcomed their first child on November 12, 2022.
They have become parents to a baby girl and announced the news on Instagram.
The post featured a picture of the newborn’s feet and also announced the baby’s name. A message read:
“Devi Basu Singh Grover. The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine.”
After they shared the news, their friends and colleagues from the film industry have been pouring in their wishes.

The couple announced they were set to be parents by unveiling a maternity photoshoot.
Their lengthy caption read:
“A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be.
“We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two.
“Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see…so soon, we who once were two will now become three.
“A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee.

Since then, Bipasha has been documenting her pregnancy journey on Instagram.
Bipasha Basu previously revealed that she and Karan had been trying for a baby but when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, they dropped the idea.
She said: “In 2021 we decided to try again, and God has been kind, we conceived.”
Both have spoken about parenthood and how they intend to embrace this new phase of their lives.
The couple spoke about continuing to work and sharing responsibilities.
Bipasha also mentioned how she knows Karan will make for a great father.
The two tied the knot in 2016.
