Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are reportedly set to announce that they are expecting their first child together.
The pair met on the set of Bhushan Patel’s 2015 horror film Alone.
They got married in April 2016 in front of family and close friends.
Now according to Pinkvilla, the couple are expecting their first child together and will officially announce the news soon.
A source close to the couple said that they are in a “very happy space” and are “excited” to become parents soon.
Amid the ongoing speculation, Bipasha gave a shoutout to her husband.
In an Instagram Story, Bipasha shared a picture of Karan showcasing his muscular physique in the gym for the camera.
Calling it a “husband appreciation post”, Bipasha said: “100 per cent hottie.”
On their anniversary earlier in 2022, Bipasha Basu expressed her love for Karan in a social media post.
She wrote: “Thank you Karan Singh Grover for my smile on my face and in my eyes.
“From the day I met you it’s become brighter by a gazillion times. I love you now and beyond forever.”
In his own post, Karan said: “Thank you for being mine and making me the luckiest, most joyful and the most loved person in the whole wide world!
“Bipasha Basu, I sleep every night thinking that I can’t possibly love you anymore and then I wake up every morning feeling how silly I was last night because I definitely love you so much more now!
“It’s a vicious cycle! Happy 6th Anniversary my love!”
On the work front, Karan was last seen in the web series Qubool Hai 2.0 with Surbhi Jyoti.
Meanwhile, Bipasha featured in the crime miniseries Dangerous.
In other news, an old interview with R Madhavan revealed that he was attracted to Bipasha. The pair starred together in the 2012 film Jodi Breakers.
R Madhavan had said: “Whenever you have chemistry on-screen, then you have to be very attracted to the person.
“And I am definitely attracted to Bipasha as a person.”
“She is phenomenal and if you don’t have that chemistry, then it is difficult to portray the romance on screen.
“She is exotically beautiful, charming. I did not know how our relationship would be on the sets. She never made me realise how big a star she is.”
