Are Bipasha Basu and Karan expecting their First Baby?

Rumours have been circulating that Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are set to become first-time parents.

The actress and actor got married in 2016, therefore it comes as no surprise that pregnancy speculations have surfaced.

The couple attended film producer, Ramesh Taurani’s extravagant Diwali Party which took place at his residence.

It was a star-studded event with all the Bollywood A-listers in attendance. Stars turned up in traditional attire looking their best.

Amongst all glitz and glamour, it was Bipasha and Karan who stood out.

Mr and Mrs Grover looked stunning for the bash. Bipasha made heads turn in a beautiful pastel green lehenga.

The voluminous skirt entailed delicate gold thread work throughout, which complemented the top.

Bipasha Basu draped the dupatta (scarf) across her torso. The subtle mirror work in the net scarf completed the monochrome ensemble perfectly.

To accessorise her look Bipasha opted for statement earrings, gold pouch bag and glowing makeup with a bright pink lip.

She completed her look with a half hair up-do with soft loose curls.

Karan complemented his wife in a black dhoti style outfit with a blazer. The blazer included a light green and pink flower design on the chest pocket to match his wife.

To complete his look, Karan wore rings and strapped sandals. Karan certainly looked handsome next to his striking wife Bipasha.

Yet, it was the undeniable glow from Bipasha that caught everyone’s eye and what looked like a baby bump.

Upon spotting this supposed bump, it got everyone talking assuming Bipasha is pregnant.

As a result of the pictures going viral, fans were quick to notice Bipasha’s little baby bump. It can be assumed Bipasha’s choice of draping her scarf was as a cover-up.

Social media went wild with congratulatory messages for Bipasha and Karan on their upcoming bundle of joy.

Fans took to Instagram to question as well as share their delight. One user commented sayings:

“I don’t know why but she looks pregnant to me! If that’s the case super excited for them!!”

Despite this uproar from the media and fans, the speculations surrounding Bipasha’s pregnancy could be false.

If we observe closely, what is assumed to be a baby bump could, in fact, be a poor camera angle or a loosely fitted lehenga.

Yet, before everyone jumps to conclusions we must wait until Bipasha Basu and Karan confirm the news.
