"That really affected me because I know I'm a fantastic person"

Aagha Ali recently addressed the public’s perception of him and the constant label of a “red flag”.

He expressed how the negative comments affected him, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Aagha recalled: “After Covid, people said some hurtful things about me, and it really upset me. I was so affected that I couldn’t eat for three days.

“I was surrounded by numerous controversies, and the media published various untruthful stories about me, which had a profound impact on my well-being.

“I thought to myself, ‘These people are unaware of the truth, and I cannot publicly disclose every aspect of my life, as it would unjustly harm another individual who is important to me’.

“Online, people started labelling me a ‘red flag’, which I believe meant they thought I was a warning sign in relationships.

“That really affected me because I know I’m a fantastic person, and I am saying this because my Allah knows who I am.

“I appreciate my fans so much so I don’t want to share details with them.

“However, I want to highlight that I’ve achieved success on my own, without any initial support or an influential mentor in the industry.

“I’ve built my career from the ground up, and that’s something I’m proud of.”

Despite this, Aagha Ali is grateful for having a successful career.

He continued: “Although I’ve been unfortunate in forming lasting friendships or close relationships – for various reasons – I’ve still managed to maintain a successful career spanning over a decade.”

“Despite this personal challenge, I’ve achieved a remarkable milestone of starring in over 90 serials, a testament to my dedication and perseverance.”

Aagha Ali’s comments come amid ongoing speculation that he and Hina Altaf have separated.

The public hit out at his comments.

A user wrote:

“Calling yourself a fantastic guy itself is a red flag I think.”

Another added: “He is a Sagittarius. Every Sagittarius I know is not a red flag, but a red forest.”

One said: “Overconfident. That is a big red flag.”

Another stated: “Every red flag thinks that they are a fantastic person. The people who are green flags don’t find the need to defend themselves.”

One commented: “Every narcissist has the same claims. They all think that they are angels who are always right.”

Another remarked: “Oh great! Another self-proclaimed nice guy. I can not stand them.”

One said: “Brother you ARE a red flag. Don’t come on TV and play the victim to gain sympathy.”
