"I got lost in her voice."
Jackie Shroff will appear as a special guest on India’s Got Talent and in a promo, he was seen getting emotional during a performance.
The Bollywood actor was so impressed by the performance that he went up to the stage to touch the contestant’s feet.
Contestant Ishita Vishwakarma appeared on the talent reality show.
She sang the late Lata Mangeshkar song ‘Bada Dukh Dina O Ramji’, from the 1989 film Ram Lakhan.
The film starred Jackie Shroff. He played police officer Ram Pratap Singh.
In the promo, Jackie was seen folding his hands and then touching his ears as a mark of respect.
The clip also showed the actor folding his hands and bowing his head.
Ishita’s performance led Jackie to become emotional. With tears in his eyes, he blew a kiss to Ishita to express his admiration.
He is heard saying: “I got lost in her voice.”
At the end of the performance, he wipes away a tear before getting up from his seat and making his way to the stage where he bends down to touch Ishita’s feet.
Badshah, who is a judge on India’s Got Talent, also made his way to the stage to touch Ishita’s feet.
Social media users praised Ishita’s performance as well as Jackie’s gesture.

Another said: “So sweet.”
A third commented: “Superb awesome.”
The special episode of India’s Got Talent will see contestants perform songs from Jackie Shroff’s films. It will be in two parts, airing on February 26 and 27, 2022.
Meanwhile, his film Ram Lakhan recently celebrated 33 years since its release.
Recalling when the Subhash Ghai directorial was offered to him, Jackie said:
“It was sort of mandatory that I would be doing one film with Subhashji every year.
“So, it was one of those things. And, I didn’t ask any questions when Subhash ji asked me to do a film.
“I think that all I knew when I started on Ram Lakhan was that it was the story of two brothers.”
On who would he like to see in the lead roles if Ram Lakhan is remade, Jackie said:
“Well, if it is remade, it should be remade with me and Anil. We haven’t changed!”
