"We’ve created something extraordinary."

One of the UK’s most popular pizza chains has unveiled a menu shake-up that combines classic favourites with bold South Asian flavours.

Domino’s has launched the Ultimate Indian Feast, introducing two pizzas and a fiery new side.

The range aims to celebrate Britain’s love for Indian cuisine, with Domino’s noting that a third of Brits eat Indian food weekly and Chicken Tikka Masala is regarded as the national dish.

The Ultimate Gunpowder Chicken Pizza features succulent pulled chicken slow-cooked with Indian spices, layered with peppers, jalapeños, red onion and mozzarella on a rich tomato sauce base.

Customers can expect a spicy, aromatic kick in every slice.

Vegetarians are not left out, as the Ultimate Masala Paneer Pizza serves up roasted paneer marinated in tikka Methi paste, scattered with peppers, jalapeños, onions and topped with creamy mozzarella.

The flavours reflect a fusion of curry house favourites with Domino’s iconic pizza style.

Completing the range are the Gunpowder Chicken Wings.

Packed with green chilli, cumin and coriander seasoning, the wings deliver heat and flavour in equal measure, making them an ideal sharing snack.

Domino’s Director of Innovation Louise Pilkington said the new dishes were designed to brighten September.

She explained: “Summer is over, but winter festivities have not begun. That’s why we’ve created something extraordinary, bringing the best of Indian cuisine to your door.”

The recipes were developed by Bermondsey and Greenwich store managers Akash Patel and Marek Biely, who won Domino’s internal DomiChef competition.

Akash revealed he wanted to bring the flavours he grew up eating to customers, working with Marek for months to perfect the recipes.

The launch comes after Domino’s removed the Ultimate Chicken Mexicana Pizza from its national menu this summer, despite its popularity.

The decision was made to make space for returning desserts and new products arriving later in the year.

Domino’s Pizza, Inc., commonly known as Domino’s, was founded in 1960 in Michigan, USA.

Today, it operates in more than 83 countries and 5,701 cities worldwide.

As of 2018, the chain had around 15,000 outlets, including 5,649 in the United States, 1,500 in India and 1,249 in the United Kingdom.

With Britain’s South Asian population playing a key role in shaping the nation’s food culture, Domino’s Indian-inspired range taps into both tradition and modern taste.

The new menu looks set to bring curry night and pizza night together, satisfying cravings in one delivery.
