  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Warm water (as needed)

  • 300g chicken mince
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil

Make a soft dough using two cups of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt and warm water. After resting the dough for 20 minutes, divide it into medium balls.

Roll them thin, brush with oil, dust with dry flour, cut into strips, fold into layers and roll again.

Cook gently on a tawa, flipping until each side is golden, soft and flaky.
