"So honoured to have received Hairstylist of the Year!"
The winners have officially been announced for the third annual Asian Wedding Awards.
Celebrating the hardwork of the industry’s finest businesses, the awards took place on March 14, 2016 at the Renaissance Manchester City Hotel in Manchester.
Top names in Asian Weddings businesses attended the spectacular event, ranging from wedding planners, photographers, caterers, venue dressers, hair stylists to card makers, filmmakers and toastmasters.
Celebrities and dignitaries also turned up, such as Talat Farooq Awan of the BBC, actress Afshan Azad, and The Worshipful Mayors of Stockport and Oldham Metropolitan Borough.
The Awards have been created to celebrate and honour the people and the businesses that make the dream weddings that they do.
The winners have been chosen in reward for their tireless devotion to this unique industry.
From the photographers to the toastmasters, these incredible people make many couples’ dreams become a reality, and the Awards acknowledge and appreciate that.

In association with The British Institute of Professional Photographers, Sony Entertainment Television Asia & SAB TV, Al Murad Tiles and Costco Wholesale, this gala dinner is in its third year running.
Hosted by Raj Palmer and Neetal Parekh, the pair presented individuals with a total of 22 awards, including Wedding Professional of the Year and Judges Award for Outstanding Contribution.
