Are Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra looking for a New House?

In the case of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, the budget for a new house is sky-high.

The couple is looking for a new place after Nick sold his bachelor pad in July 2019. He sold his Beverly Hills home subtly. It was not even officially listed.

It was reported that the musician sold it for $6.9 million. He purchased the property in April 2018 for around $6.5 million, so after the realtor fees, it is likely that he broke even.

The house had five bedrooms, an amazing infinity pool and sweeping views of the hills and canyons.

Now he is a married man, he is looking for a new place to live with Priyanka.

It is believed that the couple is looking for a mansion in the Bel Air or Beverly Hills area. The new house is certain to feature all the luxuries as Nick and Priyanka have a $20 million budget.

While it is a huge amount, they can afford it. Nick has a net worth of around $25 million while Priyanka is worth $28 million.

Priyanka was last pictured in Miami enjoying some time with actress Sophie Turner.

Their trip came days before their husbands Nick and Joe Jonas started their Happiness Begins tour with Kevin Jonas in the city on August 7, 2019.

According to Elle, The Jonas Brothers will be touring until February 22, 2020.

According to a source, the tour is a major reason why Priyanka and Nick are in no hurry to start a family.

The source said: “Nick and Priyanka want kids, but right now it’s not a priority.

“Both are extremely busy, and with the Jonas Brothers reuniting and being a massive success the couple is conscious [of] how much time the tour takes up.

“Nick and Priyanka haven’t been putting pressure on having kids.

“They are enjoying married life, travelling and working. The couple is okay with when it happens, it happens and it will be a blessing.”

While Nick is off touring, Priyanka is gearing up for the release of The Sky is Pink which marks her return to Bollywood. The film releases theatrically on October 11, 2019.

Priyanka also has a number of other projects that she is starring in or producing. She is set to star alongside Mindy Kaling in an untitled comedy film.
