"Why did you grow up?? Why did our kids grow up??"
Ananya Panday shared a childhood throwback, posting a video of herself dressed as a pilot.
A young Ananya is seen getting the final touches to her outfit while her father Chunky Pandey films.
In the video, he asks if she is flying off somewhere.
When Ananya says yes, he asks her if she is a pilot or an air hostess. Ananya tells her father that she is a pilot.
Chunky then asks which airline she works for, giving her a few options. Ananya chooses Lufthansa.
Ananya’s outfit seems to be for a fancy dress competition as Chunky asks:
“So you’re going to do some good dancing onstage?”
He then offers to show her some dance moves.
Ananya captioned the throwback video:
“How badly do you need a holiday?”

Ananya Panday previously shared another throwback picture with her longtime friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor.
On her Instagram Stories, Ananya posted a then-and-now photo of the three best friends.
The original picture featured the trio as children, with Shanaya and Ananya posing on either side of Suhana.
All three were holding water guns.
They recreated the image, with Suhana in a polka-dot blue dress and Ananya in a white T-shirt. Meanwhile, Shanaya was dressed in a black dress.
Ananya had spoken about her friendship with Suhana and Shanaya on Koffee with Karan 7.
When Karan Johar asked Ananya if the friendship would survive the duration of their careers.
Ananya replied:
“Yes because it’s not even friendship. I think it’s family.”
When asked if she believed their friendship would suffer because of “industry dynamics”, Ananya said:
“I think that we all just have a lot of genuine love for each other.
“Whenever I talk about this I say it was a collective dream of growing up. We all wanted to be actors together. We have had so many discussions. We played so many acting games.
“So, I think I’ll be as happy for Shanaya and Suhana as I am for my own. It honestly feels like that.”
