Since her appearance on the BBC’s The Apprentice in 2025, Amber-Rose Badrudin has established herself as a successful businesswoman.
Not only this, Amber-Rose recently celebrated hitting one million followers on TikTok.
Amber-Rose is the proud owner of two businesses – an Asian convenience store named Oree Mart and a bubble tea shop called Oreebubbles.
In a recent interview, however, Amber-Rose Badrudin revealed that Oree Mart suffered a break-in.
Despite this, the businesswoman used the incident as an opportunity to increase her social media presence and gain more followers.
In a video clip posted to Instagram, snippets of the interview were shown. The interviewer said:
“This is Amber-Rose. She went on The Apprentice, got fired on national TV, and somehow ended up building not one but two multi-million-pound businesses.
“One – an Asian convenience store, raking in millions of snacks and drinks you didn’t even know existed.
“The other – a bubble tea chain that literally broke TikTok. But here’s where it gets crazy.”
Amber-Rose then explained: “[In] the first month that we opened our store, we got broken into.
“It felt earth-shattering at the time.”
The interviewer continued: “Most people would have shut it down, and most people would have given up. Not Amber.
“Let’s just say [that] she flipped it.”
Amber-Rose Badrudin went on: “I remember just thinking of the situation with the lens of like, ‘If I film this and show people what is actually happening, I wonder what their reaction will be’.”
The interviewer said: “She turned chaos into content, posted a Story online, and TikTok erupted.
“Millions of views, lines of customers, two businesses and an empire in the making.”
Amber-Rose said: “Every single business is saturated. Every business is done, so don’t let that be a reason why you don’t start.”

Amber-Rose opened her first Oreebubbles store on May 3, 2025, in Croydon, UK.
She pitched the idea to Lord Alan Sugar on The Apprentice.
However, the business magnate did not believe the proposal was strong enough to create a sizeable impact in what he believed was already a saturated market.
Therefore, Amber-Rose was fired from the competition after the interviews stage of the series.
Despite being let go from The Apprentice, Amber-Rose Badrudin inspired many when she opened Oreebubbles and has maintained friendships with her fellow candidates.
