While on the BBC’s The Apprentice in 2025, Amber-Rose Badrudin established herself as a strong and independent businesswoman.
Using her huge TikTok following, the 25-year-old amassed support and recognition as she plunged into the world of entrepreneurship.
On the show, Amber-Rose pitched a proposal to open a bubble tea shop to Lord Alan Sugar.
Although she did not succeed in this, she went on to establish her first store, Oreebubbles, without the business magnate’s investment.
This marked Amber-Rose’s second business following her Asian convenience store, Oreemart.
On October 10, 2025, Amber-Rose Badrudin won the award for ‘Business / Finance Creator of the Year’.
The event was presented by ITV and B-Creator UK.
In her speech, the businesswoman said: “I’ve always just wanted to show some normalcy in entrepreneurship.
“Now, I’m just a young, South Asian girl who came from East London, who is just trying to make it in life and look after the family.”
Taking to Instagram, Amber-Rose Badrudin wrote a lengthy caption about her award.
She enthused: “When I tell you I had convinced myself there was NO POSSIBLE way a girl like me would be able to take home the win, I’m not joking!
“It’s been tough to really solidify myself in the business world and be taken seriously, as I feel my way of doing business isn’t so conventional.
“Yes, I’m a South Asian woman, yes, I’m young, yes, I make mistakes, yes, I also enjoy being glamorous.
“No, I DO NOT have it all figured out, but that’s exactly why this award means SO MUCH TO ME!
“The community and platforms I have built over the last few years have given me a purpose and make me feel so incredibly fulfilled, even when life feels extremely challenging.
“Being a business owner/influencer really is a niche in itself that arguably isn’t tapped into enough!
“Thank you so much to ITV and B-Creator UK. I am truly honoured to be titled as a winner in this incredible category, and I still can’t quite believe it.
“Thank you to my amazing team, management, family, and friends who keep me sane throughout all the madness.”
“I wouldn’t be here without you!
“WHAT A YEAR WE HAVE HAD, PEOPLE! Thank you to every single person who took the time to vote for me. I’m eternally grateful to you all.”
Underneath the post, Chisola Chitambala wrote: “Our star girl! I’m so proud of you. So deserved.
Another user said: “So, so proud of you! What a star. You absolutely deserve this and more.”
A third person added: “Congratulations, queen!”
