An AI-powered creative crossover is giving fans exactly what they want, blending Netflix nostalgia with classic Hindi cinema in a visually striking way.
On January 3, AI artist and short filmmaker Souvik Rooj shared AI-generated posters reimagining the Stranger Things cast in legendary Bollywood films.
Known as Mr Hellrocker on social media, Souvik posted the images on Instagram, instantly catching the attention of fans across platforms.
He captioned the post, “Stranger Things x Bollywood – Same Feelings. Different Universe,” capturing the emotional bridge between the two pop cultures.
The post quickly gained traction, with Instagram users praising Souvik’s creativity and the thoughtful way each character was reinterpreted.
The eye-catching series features Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo and several other cast members.
Actors including Joe Keery, David Harbour, Natalia Dyer, Winona Ryder, Charlie Heaton, Maya Hawke and Jamie Campbell Bower also appear in the AI visuals.
One standout poster reimagines Mohabbatein, featuring Eleven alongside Mike and Vecna in roles inspired by Aishwarya Rai, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.
Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown, adopts Aishwarya Rai’s character, while Mike mirrors Shah Rukh Khan and Vecna reflects Amitabh Bachchan’s stern presence.
