The Mithun Chakraborty, Bappi Lahiri partnership was strong in songs from Disco Dancer (1982) and Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki. Babbar Subhash is the director of many of these songs.

The video song starts with Mithun jumping in the air, twisting to both sides with a guitar and holding a mic, uttering the first few words by singer Vijay Benedict.

Mithun dances vigorously to the magical rock and roll kind of music by eminent composer Bappi Lahiri.

Mithun definitely adopts the style of legendary Elvis Presley in this famous song from the Babbar Subhash directorial.

Mithun is in all white with a silver belt like style embodied around his waist. He is undoubtedly the dancing showstopper in this song.

The song opens with Mithun dancing around Kim, whilst she runs away from him. There is a group of dancers around him as he remains the centre focal point in this dance song.

His cool and flamboyant dance includes lying on the floor, performing to some excellent bridge moves. Posting his thoughts on YouTube, a fan wrote:

‘Beraham Tune Kiya’ – Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki (1984)

‘Beraham Tunne Kiya is a famous disco dance number, starring Mithun Chakraborty (Avinash S. Kumar). Babbar Subhash directs this song once again, with Vijay Benedict on the vocals.

Mithun in a black western attire is seen shaking his leg to the disco style music of Bappi Lahiri. His dance moves include the customary pelvic thrust, along with several arm and head movements.

He has a few male and female extras dancing with him. The villain late Amrish Puri (Udhaybhan Singh) also features in the song as Mithun makes a point to him through his dance.

There is also a flashback scene in the video too, which reflects an element of pain in his dance. A YouTube fan, complimenting Mithun and his dance said:

‘Super Dancer’ is a hit disco dance song, which stars Mithun Chakraborty (Ramu/Romeo) and late Smita Patil (Radha) in the video directed by Babbar Subash.

Right from the go, it seems Mithun is hoping to impress the reel and real audience, along with the judges in the song.

Donned in a white outfit, the smiley Mithun performs fast dance moves to the vocals of Alisha Chinai and music composer Bappi Lahiri.

There are a lot of jumping, twisting and full-body movements in a traditional western dance form.

The high energy dance song is fairly long but just about right, lasting virtually six minutes in duration. Shakti Kapoor is also in the song, playing the drums.

Shakti later joins Mithun and Smita on the dance floor, with female dancers in the background.
