The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned two Mumbai police officers in connection with the untimely death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The late actor committed suicide on 14 June 2020 at his residence in Bandra.
Since then, there have been many speculations and accusations in connection with the late actor’s death.
Celebrities like Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, and even the actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty have been accused of his death.
In particular, Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant’s friend, Sundip Ssingh are currently prime suspects in the death investigation.
The CBI team landed in Mumbai recently and have been said to interrogating Sushant’s housekeeper, Neeraj Singh, his manager Dipesh and friend, Siddharth Pithani.
They are being interrogated at the CBI Guest House in Mumbai.
Times Now took to Twitter to share the news saying:
“Neeraj, Pithani & Dipesh are currently being interrogated by the CBI at the DRDO guest house. Sushant’s former CA was also interrogated today.”

Later, the CBI made another revelation on the popular social media site, Twitter. They wrote:

The officers in question are inspector Bhushan Belnekar and sub-inspector Vaibhav Jagtap.
In fact, the CBI has constructed separate teams to ensure a more efficient probe allowing them to cover all angles of the case.
As well as the police officials, Sushant Singh Rajput’s reported friend, Sandip Ssingh continues to remain a suspect for many people.
This came after he was spotted giving a thumbs-up sign to Mumbai police officials when Sushant’s body was being taken to the funeral.
Commenting on the latter Times Now video, one user wrote:

Earlier today, it was reported that Sandip Ssingh has allegedly made plans to leave India. It was speculated that he will be flying to London.
