Ranveer likes to get into the skin of the character and plays each role with full conviction.
To prepare for his role of warrior Peshwa Bajirao in Bajirao Mastani, Ranveer took time off and secluded himself so that he could perfect the nuances of the character.
He also trained in one of India’s oldest forms of martial arts, Kalaripayattu, and shaved his head bald for the film.
For roles which required him to go shirtless (like in Gunday and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela), he undergoes intense physical training for weeks. Twelve hours prior to a shoot, he will stop drinking and eating to create the right visual physical effect.
2. His Crazy Antics
There’s a lot of things Ranveer Singh has done in the last few years that has kept in him in the limelight not just because of his films!

After returning from studies in America, Ranveer would go for all kinds of auditions, but did not get any good opportunities, while only getting calls for minor roles:

Then finally he got his big break in Band Baaja Baaraat (2010), which was loved by critics and by audiences, emerging as one of the biggest sleeper hits of the year.

“I am very comfortable with my sexuality and I am comfortable in speaking about sex. Sex shouldn’t be considered a taboo – it is a topic that calls for awareness and should not be shunned.”
