The series is expected to launch on Netflix in 2026.
Former One Direction members Louis Tomlinson and Zayn will be working together on a new Netflix road trip docuseries.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the three-part series will follow the pair on their travels across the United States.
Zayn, who has a home in Pennsylvania, will reconnect with Louis as they share an adventure on the road.
The project will be directed by Nicola Marsh, known for Demi Lovato’s Child Star, Song Exploder and Stay on Board: The Leo Baker Story.
A synopsis stated: “The series is a rare look inside the world of two of the most famous, and most private, men on the planet opening up about life, loss and fatherhood.”
As well as reconnecting on the road, the singers are expected to discuss the tragic death of fellow One Direction star Liam Payne.
Liam died in 2024 after falling from a hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The series is expected to launch on Netflix in 2026.
It will be produced by Campfire Studios, the company behind Unknown Number: The High School Catfish, Smartless: On the Road and America’s Sweethearts: The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
One Direction rose to global fame after being formed on The X Factor in 2010, with Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger helping create the group.
Alongside Louis Tomlinson, Zayn and Liam Payne, the band also included Harry Styles and Niall Horan.
Zayn’s departure from the group in 2015 preceded the eventual split of One Direction.
In 2015, Zayn and Louis engaged in a social media spat when the former accused the latter of making “b****y comments” about him online.
The pair were pictured together in New York, sending fans into a frenzy about a potential collaboration.
Louis said: “I heard that. I thought that was pretty interesting, yeah … Pretty astute.
“I suppose they’ll just have to wait and see.”
Zayn recently announced a Las Vegas residency that will take place in 2026.
Neither Harry Styles nor Niall Horan is expected to feature in the Netflix docuseries.
Ross Dinerstein and Rebecca Evans of Campfire Studios will serve as executive producers on the upcoming docuseries.
The as-yet-untitled show marks the latest celebrity-led factual project on the platform, with upcoming documentaries focusing on names including Victoria Beckham, Eddie Murphy and the pop group Take That.
