"They kept apologising and didn’t let me speak.”
Tulsi Butt recently mocked Fiza Ali’s viral apology during a live show, calling it over-the-top and bizarre.
In a candid YouTube appearance, Tulsi said she was stunned by the overwhelming reaction she received from Fiza on set.
She said: “They were hugging me and crying like someone’s dead body had arrived from an ambulance.
“I didn’t even know what had happened. They kept apologising and didn’t let me speak.”
According to Tulsi, Fiza’s emotional apology made no sense to her at the time.
It was only later that she learned Fiza had previously made disrespectful comments about the intersex community.
Tulsi added: “She used to ridicule us, mock our language, and speak against our existence. Nobody has the right to mock our community.”
Tulsi, who remained quiet and visibly uncomfortable during the broadcast, said she appreciated the apology but questioned the sincerity behind it.
The viral moment has reignited criticism of Fiza Ali’s history of exaggerated reactions and what many call scripted stunts on live television.
The apology scene, featuring intense sobbing and a lengthy emotional speech, has been widely labelled as another attempt to seek attention.
Fiza Ali has been no stranger to such controversies.
In July 2024, she lashed out at a teenage girl asking for love-related advice.
Fiza questioned angrily: “What kind of shameless girls are they? They don’t have any decency.
“I try to speak politely, but such calls make me harsh.”
Her response sparked outrage and accusations that the call was planted for drama.
In another infamous moment, a veiled woman crashed her morning show, claiming to be Fiza’s biggest fan and asked for an audition.
Fiza welcomed her on air, but when the woman declared she’d be the next host, Fiza demanded she remove her veil.
The ‘woman’ turned out to be a male crew member from Fiza’s own team.
Fans quickly accused the show of staging the entire encounter.
Now, with the emotional apology to Tulsi Butt, viewers are once again sceptical.
Many believe the tears were performative and designed to deflect attention from past behaviour.
While Fiza has not yet responded to Tulsi’s public comments, the damage to her credibility may already be done.
Known for her roles in dramas like Mehndi and Love Life Aur Lahore, Fiza Ali’s on-screen legacy is increasingly overshadowed by live show theatrics.
Whether genuine or not, her latest breakdown has done little to convince a public tired of what they see as carefully choreographed drama.
